Admission of documents for Bachelor program at EI "Almaty Management University" is carried out on the basis of applications of applicants on a competitive basis according to the certificate points:

for secondary school graduates of the current year – according to the results of unified national testing (UNT);
for college graduates, also also graduates of previous years - according to the results of complex testing (CT).

Note:

UNT is carried out for graduates of educational institutions who have mastered the educational curricula of general secondary education in the current year, as well as graduates of secondary schools with not Kazakh and not Russian languages of training, graduates of republican musical boarding schools, who want to enter universities this year.

The list of necessary documents for participation in competition for the state educational grant and for paid department:

application on a standard form (to be filled on a PC);
document proving the identity and its copy;
original of the document on General secondary, technical and professional (primary and secondary professional, postsecondary) or higher education (certificate/diploma with attachment);
6 photos (3x4);
medical certificate of form 086 (Fig. fluoroscopy);
health passport (or vaccination card of form 063);
certificate of Unified National Test – UNT or Complex testing - CT in the original;
document confirming the right to receive state education grant (if any);
receipt of payment of the registration fee.

Complex testing is held for graduates of general secondary education (general secondary) of past years, graduates of institutions of technical and professional (primary and secondary professional), post-secondary education, secondary school graduates, who studied abroad by international exchange of school students, and also for persons who graduated from educational institutions abroad.

English department.

The minimum threshold score for admission to the English Department are: IELTS 5.0, TOEFL ITP 460; TOEFL IBT 87; TOEFL 560. If the mentioned certificates are not available, an internal exam is to be passed at the university.

medical certificate (statement of good health) confirming absence of diseases preventing to complete studies;
medical insurance;
criminal record certificate

Note:

Documents submitted in a foreign language must have notarized translation into Kazakh or Russian language. Documents about education issued by foreign educational organizations, undergo the nostrification procedure in the order specified by law after the enrollment of persons during the first semester of study.

Date of submission:

from the moment of receipt of UNT/CT certificate to August 28 - admission of documents for the paid department;
from June 1 to June 20 – admission of applications for participation in complex testing;
from July 17 to July 23 – complex testing;
from 23 to 31 July – admission of documents for participation in competition to get the state educational grant;
from August 1 to 8 – admission of documents for participation in the repeated UNT/CT;
from August 19 to 24 - repeated UNT/CT;
from August 10 to 28 – enrollment to AlmaU contingent of students;
from January 20 to 24 – repeated CT for conditionally enrolled students.
